I, ____________ P/O ____________ give my consent that I will obey all the rules given below:-

1) I will pay my ward’s fees on time. If I don’t deposit then school can take action as per school rules.

2) Tours and Travel/Transportation/Sport Activity are optional for my ward. If we are using that, It is an implied consent.

3) School doesn’t prefer personal vehicle driving to commute to the school If my ward comes through personal vehicle then I will be responsible for it completely.

4) Although school doesn’t believe in corporal punishment if required then school is free to take necessary action.

5) In case my ward has been suffering from my medical issue then I will submit the medical history of the child in the school.

6) In case of medical emergency, I will be responsible to pick up my child from the school.

I have read thoroughly code of conduct, fee submission details, transportation details, parent’s guideline and all necessary information given in the almanac and information brochure and after reading and understanding I have signed it.
