The students of The Interact Club of The Modern School, ECNCR, in its endeavor to support community development and promote social awareness, organized a health camp for the people at Pacific Mall , Subhash nagar on May 5, 2018.
The tiny tots presented a ‘Nukkad Natak’ – a street play on “Save the Mother Earth” , with a message that our earth is the wonderful member of our planet , so we should not forget that we need it for our better tomorrow……..so “SAVE IT”. Followed by this was the yet another social cause taken up by the senior students on “SAVE RIVERS”, they highlighted the importance of rivers and the way they are getting polluted. The collaborative efforts and hard work of the teachers and students were evident, as the students performed brilliantly leaving an indelible mark on the minds of the spectators.
A health camp consisting of Thalessemia Checkup and Blood Donation, was organised by the students of the Interact club sponsored by the The Rotary Club of Delhi, Restoring Smiles. The students spread the message of how imperative it is now to act upon measures to save mother earth alongside emphasizing on the importance of the noble cause of donating blood.
The guests of honour for the event were District Governor of Rotary Club Rtn. Ravi Chaudhary and Mrs. India 2017 Mrs. Megha Dubey. They were enthralled by the performance of the children and were happy to see the zeal and enthusiasm of the young interactors. It was a learning and cherished experience for the young interactors.
