Admission Guidelines

Admissions Requirements for the Academic The admissions procedure for Vandana Senior Secondary School is as follows:

  • The admissions department at Vandana Sr Sec School will assist you with any questions you may have about the admissions process
  • To submit duly filled forms, payment of Rs.100/- must be made (in cash/cheque or through a payment gateway if submitting online)
  • Contact the school office or visit the website if you require any additional information
  • The school accepts admissions from classes nursery to 12th
  • The School provides a transport facility for Vandana Sr Sec School Students.

Admission Procedure

Application for admission is considered after COMPLETING the registration form. The form can be completed ONLINE or in the school premises itself. INCOMPLETE FORMS will not be accepted. All details regarding the application will be mailed on the email ID given at the time of the registration. Kindly ensure that correct email ID’s are mentioned in the application when applying for admission to the school.

Documents required at the time of registration are:

  • Recent Photo of the Child (passport size, colored photo)
  • Photocopy of proof of Date of Birth with Name (attested by the parent)
  • Photocopy of proof of residential address (Ration Card, Voter ID, and Passport)
  • Aadhar Card (mandatory for both parent and the child)
  • Cheque, Online Transfer, or Cash receipt for Rs.100/-

Fees Structure

.   Fee is to be deposited as per schedule i.e. by 15th of every month.

2.   After the due date, a fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged.

3.   School’s fee concession policy is applicable only if all the three students are of same parents.

4.   Mode of Payment: (Cash/ Cheque/ Card/ DD/ NEFT/ Gateway) in favour of Vandana Sr. Sec. School.

5.   Irregularity in fee payment may lead to the following:

a)      Striking off the name of the child from school rolls.

b)      Child will not be considered for scholarship and awards of any type.

c)      Child will not be allowed for additional promotional exam like Olympiads/Regular Examination.

6.   Online payment, Via NEFT/Gateway/ Debit Card/ Credit Card or direct transfer in School account
